At Confidential Services, Inc. (CSI), we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By completing a PHQ (Personal History Questionnaire) for nuclear access, you (the applicant) and your listed references are agreeing to receive communications related to our services, which includes opting in to receive SMS messages from us. Any information obtained as part of SMS consent (such as phone numbers) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates. If you wish to opt out of SMS communications, you may do so at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

Confidential Services, Inc. (CSI) is a private investigative agency contracted exclusively by nuclear power facilities & contractors across the United States. As an authorized agent, we facilitate federally-regulated background investigations for individuals applying for Unescorted Access Authorization (UAA) to these critical sites. We do not offer ad-hoc services to any individuals, and our operations are rigorously audited annually by industry experts to ensure compliance with numerous federal regulations and industry standards.

​When you interact with CSI, we may ask you to provide personal information including, but not limited to: your name, home address, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. This information is used to facilitate our investigative services. We will maintain a record of your information at our offices for a maximum of three years, as required for audit purposes. We will not share any information with third parties except as required by applicable laws or when necessary to provide our services.

Due to the private and personal nature of information gathered on individuals during screening activities, it is absolutely essential that all such information be treated with total confidentiality.  All employees of CSI are to consider all files, reports, correspondences, notes, etc. containing personal information as confidential and subject to protection according to federal, state and local privacy acts. All CSI employees are required to sign and acknowledge a Confidentiality and Non-disclosure Agreement, and they are trained on the importance of protecting customer information.​

CSI will not sell, disseminate, disclose, trade, transmit, transfer, share, lease, or rent any personally identifiable information to any third party not specifically authorized by you to receive your information, except as we have disclosed to you in this Privacy Policy.
